	The yarn is not twisted but wrapped with a special double yarn to make the tufting easier.
Zig-zag tufting for a more effective latex adhesion and a stronger tearing tuft strength.
	Black double yarn is twisted during the spreading of the latex strengthening the carpet and the fixing stitch on the primary backing.
